Booking an appointment

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment you can either complete the form at the bottom of this page or e-mail [email protected] or text +4477921101505 stating that you would like to book an online counselling appointment. 

When you make contact please state:

What time and day would be most convenient for you to attend on a regular basis.   We will then check to see what slots are available and provide you with a choice of options that are available.   Like regular counselling and psychotherapy sessions online counselling therapy sessions usually take place weekly at the same time and day of each week.

​Where you are located geographically.   This allows us to work out your time zone if you are outside of the united kingdom.
