Arranging your first Online Counselling Therapy session
Arranging an Online Counselling Therapy session is easy. To arrange your first session simply follow the steps below:
1. Decide which platform you would like to use
Online Counselling Therapy can be done on all of the major platforms such as Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp etc. Decide on the platform that you feel most comfortable with.
2. Decide when you would like to book
Decide when would be the most convenient time to have counselling. Online Counselling Therapy is usually weekly at the same time and day each week.
3. Contact Tim to arrange a booking
Contact me to arrange a booking using the form at the bottom of this page or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or text +447921101505 stating that you would like to book an Online Counselling Therapy appointment. Please detail the times and days that would be most convenient for you. I will then check the diary to see what slots are available and correspond with you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
4. Pay for your booking online
Once your booking has been agreed I will send you a link where you can pay for your session online. Payments for each session are due the day before each session.
5. Wait for Tim's call
I will call you via your chosen platform (Skype, FaceTime, Zoom WhatsApp etc) on the day and time agreed.
